    PRODUCT CODE: EF00
TECHNICAL DATA SHEET NO. 04-Repair & Renovation
    JULY 2009

  1. Product Description

Classic, dry mix filler which, once mixed with water, is ready for interior and exterior use. It dries to a firm, smooth and easily sanded material so this filler is ideal for use in filling and sealing plaster and cement wall cracks.
  2. Application Areas

    • Interior and exterior use.
    • Used on plastered walls to fill small cracks, holes and other blemishes.
    • Skim uneven surfaces to a smooth finish with NEO Aurora Filler.
    • Plaster, hard board and fibre cement walls.
    • Prepared, previously painted areas.
    • Not suitable for cracks in substrates that are likely to continue to move (use NEO Repair Paste (nrp07) instead).
  3. Product Features

    • A quick drying, smooth crack filler.
    • Excellent adhesion.
    • Once sealed, can be top coated with a wide range of NEO Paints’ water and solvent based products.
    • Dries to a firm, solid and flexible product.
    • Once dry, the filler can be sanded easily to a smooth surface.
    • NEO Aurora Filler, contrary to other makes of fillers, absorbs no humidity and water. This ensures a good durability of the filler and makes it universal for interior and exterior use.
    • NEO Aurora Filler should be applied with a flexible skimming blade. Once dry and solid, the surface must be sanded well until even and smooth.
    • Sand glossy coatings well before applying.
    • NEO Aurora Filler is based on a combination of mineral substances, which react and harden when mixed with water. Once dry, the minerals are hard and solid.
    • The minerals contained in NEO Aurora Filler do not absorb the water, therefore the filler does not swell. This makes NEO Aurora Filler a rather unique and long-lasting quality product.
