    JULY 2009

  1. Product Description

A new generation, water based, 100% acrylic, long-life, interior / exterior, high gloss coating.
  2. Application Areas

    • Interior and exterior use.
    • High traffic areas that need a highly washable and durable coating in a wide range of colours.
    • Primed plaster, hardboard and fibre cement walls.
    • Primed metal and wooden substrates.
    • Adheres to difficult substrates such as chipboard, concrete, baked enamel coatings and galvanised metal.
    • Ideal coating for gutters and down pipes where no primer is required.
    • In humid coastal areas NEO Gloss Acrylic is ideal for recoating exterior wood finishes. Due to its good water permeability no blistering will take place.
  3. Product Features

    • Highly durable and UV resistant.
    • Highly washable, cleanable.
    • Excellent adhesion to a range of properly prepared substrates.
    • High hiding power and film build.
    • Dries to a hardwearing gloss finish for interior and exterior use.
    • Has outstanding resistance against humidity, alkaline attack, UV light and has excellent gloss retention. This makes NEO Gloss Acrylic a viable alternative to solvent based high gloss (enamel) paint.
    • More humidity, chemical and UV light resistant than standard high gloss enamel paint.
    • Two coats of NEO Gloss Acrylic are applied for best results.

  6. Surface Preparation

    • Mild Steel (Renovation) • Affected areas need to be cleaned back to bright metal and spot primed with NEO Corroguard (cg00).
